Verba è un traduttore vocale che ascolta ciò che dici, lo trascrive, lo traduce e lo pronuncia nell'altra lingua. Questa informativa spiega quali dati vengono trattati quando usi l'app.
Verba non raccoglie, non memorizza e non condivide alcun dato personale. L'app non prevede account, non contiene pubblicità, non usa strumenti di analisi o di tracciamento e non invia i tuoi dati allo sviluppatore o a terze parti a scopo commerciale.
Per funzionare, Verba chiede il permesso di accedere al microfono e al riconoscimento vocale. La tua voce viene usata esclusivamente per trascrivere e tradurre quello che dici, in tempo reale, mentre usi l'app.
Il riconoscimento vocale e la traduzione si basano sui framework di sistema di Apple (Speech e Translation). Quando la lingua selezionata lo consente, l'elaborazione avviene interamente sul tuo dispositivo e nessun audio lo lascia. Per alcune lingue, Apple può elaborare l'audio sui propri server: in tal caso il trattamento è regolato dall'informativa sulla privacy di Apple. Verba non conserva né registra l'audio o le trascrizioni: i testi restano sullo schermo solo durante l'uso e non vengono salvati.
L'unica informazione memorizzata è la coppia di lingue scelta (es. Italiano ↔ Inglese), salvata localmente sul dispositivo per ricordare la tua preferenza al successivo avvio. Questo dato non lascia mai il dispositivo.
Verba non è rivolta in modo specifico ai minori e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di bambini.

Verba is a voice translator that listens to what you say, transcribes it, translates it and speaks it back in the other language. This policy explains what data is handled when you use the app.
Verba does not collect, store or share any personal data. The app has no accounts, no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and it does not send your data to the developer or to any third party for commercial purposes.
To work, Verba asks permission to access the microphone and speech recognition. Your voice is used solely to transcribe and translate what you say, in real time, while you use the app.
Speech recognition and translation rely on Apple's system frameworks (Speech and Translation). When the selected language allows it, processing happens entirely on your device and no audio leaves it. For some languages, Apple may process the audio on its servers; in that case the processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Verba does not keep or record audio or transcriptions: text stays on screen only during use and is not saved.
The only information stored is the selected language pair (e.g. Italian ↔ English), saved locally on your device to remember your preference next time. This never leaves your device.
Verba is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
